What is it?

This is a FREE event thrown by Nest Realty Richmond that you, your friends, and family are invited to as a thank you for being a friend and/or client of Nest Realty. We will be at Blanchard’s Warehouse this year with BBQ, beer, wine, soft drinks, and countless kid friendly activities!

LOCATION: Blanchard’s Warehouse (rear parking lot) @ 1903 Westwood Ave. Richmond, VA 23227

COUNTY FAIR ACTIVITES

  • Live Music

    The talented local instrumentalist and vocalist, Chris Ryan, will be playing southern focused rock/classic rock.

  • Miniature Petting Zoo

    This includes all of their miniature farm animals: a miniature horse, a miniature cow, a miniature donkey, a miniature llama or alpaca, miniature goats, miniature sheep, miniature pig, chicken, duck, and bunnies!

  • Richmond Flower Truck

    Richmond Flower Truck is a mobile bouquet bar where you can create your own handpicked bouquet. You start by picking your focal flower. Then you chose your accent flowers. Next you add greenery; then wrap & enjoy!

    PLEASE NOTE: this is the only activity that will cost money if you'd like to participate!

  • Photobooth

    Snapbooth RVA is a modern photo booth that will help you capture this special event with your family and friends!

  • Face Painting & Temporary Tattoos

    Our helpers will be stationed here!

  • Pumpkin Painting

    A fun craft you can take home!

  • Bounce Houses

    A small bounce house for younger kids as well as an obstacle course blow up for the older kids!

  • Raffle

    Enter to win prizes from local businesses!
